Policy Overview
Orange Roulette respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.
Note: The original Orange Roulette game was created by Mikey Houser. We provide access for preservation purposes under fair use principles.
Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a copyright infringement notification, please provide the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including URL(s)
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
